There are a lot of negatives about Traffic Exchanges on the Internet and the main negative I hear out there is something that sounds like: "I spend so much
time surfing, click, click, click until my fingers have had enough and I have not had one sign up". One of the other things we have to bear in mind is that
the average person, who doesn't have a bucket full of dollars to spend on marketing, has to use traffic exchanges to generate free traffic.
So let's accept the fact that most people are going to use traffic exchanges, therefore we must understand their uses. One of the main reasons and one of the positives for using traffic exchanges is to create brand awareness. It is the fastest and cheapest way of creating brand awareness on the Internet, too!
Banner ads and Text ads should not be forgotten either, they are extremely effective if used in the right way.
What you should do is to set up a dedicated browser for your surfing. However, it is very difficult to be effective on your own using Traffic Exchanges. Try
it with a team! How do I do that?
Well, previously I talked about the Team Build within the Ultimate Marketers Guide. We really are a TEAM and we have a team of members called the Traffic Assault Team. What the Traffic Assault Team does is to use a process that is taught within the U-M-G system and it is an extremely effective use of manpower, splash pages and time.
Here are a few other methods of getting some low cost traffic:
Exchange Links
This is an excellent method. Most sites are linked to another site. Webmasters are always exchanging links with one another in order to produce more traffic, the more links, the more traffic.
When you exchange links with others, try to make sure that you are exchanging like with like, similar niches, this will increase articles your rankings with the search engines. A pretty simple and cost effective way of increasing traffic.
Submit Articles
Write your own articles there is no cost in that. There are also writers out there who will do it for you at a cost, it's up to you!
Keep them related to your site and niche, insert tips and guidelines. Ask for feedback, some people call it comment.
Create a Newsletter
Sounds like hard work, but it isn't really, write a few first up so that if you have a flat spot you can call up one of your pre-written ones. You can also get people to write for you all they ask is that their details remain attached to the article and that means some free advertising for them.
As your newsletter gets circulated, you will become better known and your opt-in list will grow.
Join Online Communities and Forums
Needs your time and nothing else. Share your knowledge, ask questions, don't forget your signature file!

Traffic Exchanges and Other Low Cost Traffic

Commitment to the Team Build
Well, we chatted about where I was and have been before
I committed to the Ultimate Marketers Guide. Well you may
ask why did I commit? I did my due diligence, that is why.
The founders of the company exist! They are real people!
That is amazing in itself, right? Yep, sure is! How many
programs have you come across that are.....These people
have names (Christopher Dyke and Nicholas McIntosh)
Chris is a Canadian and Nic is an Aussie. They are present
at webcasts, four times a week, you can ask them
questions about anything related to the program. Total
access, it doesn't get much better than that.
The Ultimate Marketers Guide (U-M-G.com) is a Training,
Educational and Business Development System. The
System provides a "TEAM BUILD" Formula in which we
all participate, don't get scared by the term "Formula",
we do not get involved in mathematics! However, teams
are formed according to a formula and built into the
component parts of the system. Remember, it is a team
build and as with any team it requires commitment,
commitment to the system, commitment to your team
members.
Just wait, after you have joined you will realise what I
mean. We are family, not in the true sense of the word,
but almost.
So what is in it for you? As I said it is a Training and
Education as well as a Business Development System.
U-M-G provides you with step by step instruction
in each of the components that are crucial in marketing
any business on the Internet.
Each component builds on the next and one component
cannot exist without the other. Correction, each
component can exist without the other but each
component relies on the other components to
effectively contribute to the marketing of any business.
The way the components work together generate both
time and cost savings, as well as contributing to the
creation of Income Streams that you may not currently
have.
We do this, as I have said before, as a team. In each
of the components there is a cost, as part of the
upgrade process or as part of the component itself.
However, the Business Development program places
paid sign-ups in those components and thus offsets
your costs. So eventually you will have a system that
you can use to promote any business in the future.
You will have to pay $20.00 per month for membership,
however there is a 50% commission associated with
any people you introduce to the Ultimate Marketers
Guide. So, get two and zero costs to you. Get more,
earn more! Pretty simple.

My Journey Before Arriving at the Ultimate Marketers Guide
that and what experiences did I have that I could share with
you? Well lets just try to keep it focused on the online, IM,
MLM parts of my life, I will keep it short as it is really
something that most people that I know, have experienced.
What's that? Failure, and it's presented in so many different
ways. Well, my work from home first experience was one
that I would rather forget, I signed up, paid money, received
executive pack, lots of glossy bits and pieces to throw
around. A whole bunch of product to use and no training.
Just make a list of all the people you know etc etc etc. How
many times have you heard that, it has probably happened
to you.
So, that did not work very well, no training and heard from
my sponsor once after joining!
Now, don't get me wrong, I am not blaming outside
influences for the failure, but they were a contributing
factor. Anyway let's move from the blame to the history,
if you want to call it that!
We, my wife Karen and I, moved to another and another
and finally a fourth. We failed at all of them for various
reasons. The main one, when we think back on it all, was
that everything was portrayed as an easy way to make
money from home. So what happens then? When we find
something is harder than we think it is going to be, we
quit!
That is what we did.
Now, here we are back again, some years later. Why?
Well we need to make some more money than we have. I
am getting closer to my retirement and need more. Simple
as that! Guess what, not a lot has changed over the years.
There are thousands and thousands of promises out there,
how to in 30days, I made $273,000 in 6 weeks etc. There
are many who still fall for the QUICK BUCK but it is my
guess that unless you win the lottery, the quick dollar is
a myth! You know that too!! Or if you don't know it, you
at least suspect it. Right?
So, here I am, some years older and some say quite a bit
wiser. That does not necessarily follow does it? Just
because I am older does not mean I am wiser. On with it!
Get the bulldozer out and try to move all of the rubbish out
of the way. Do the best job as you are able in doing your
own due diligence. See if you can find out who is running
the organisation. Are they accessible? Do they exist? There
are tons of areas to explore. Be level headed and DO NOT
be attracted by HYPE.
Hard I know, but do it!
Another thing you can do is to check on testimonials, if
there is information other than the person making the
testimonial, such as addresses etc, try to trace them down.
Did they really give the testimonial, stuff like that. I have
been approached for that kind of information. People will
not mind.
See if you can chat with current members, get their point of
view, most likely their response will be positive. You will be
able to read through the lines and assess their comments.
Having done as much due diligence as you can, maybe you
decide to join an opportunity, take any advantage you can
on any offers the company may offer, such as join free and
upgrade later. Any offer that gives you more time to
complete your evaluation should be taken before your final
decision is made.
Having made your choice. COMMIT!!
